Link Support is committed to maintaining a high standard of service for the individuals we support. We ensure that we remain completely transparent with the individuals we support all times. To measure the quality of our service and receive regular feedback, we use the following three methods:
QUESTIONNAIRES
We distribute a comprehensive annual quality assurance questionnaire to gather feedback from individuals we support, family members and other allied professionals involved in the services we support.
regular communication
A member of our management team is always in regular communication with individuals we support, family members and other key support staff, either via in-person visitation or with 24-hour telephone support.
reviews
We conduct monthly reviews and regular monitoring our provision of service. We also conduct a formal review of the support plan every year.
